Ordering – Returns – Shipping - Taxes

1. How do I place an order online?

To begin, click “Purchase Online” on the menu bar, then you will be redirect to our safe secure shopping site. Choose the rug name in products section which you would like to order, then on next page select the perfect size for your project and proceed to our secure check out system. Please note all orders can also be placed by phone.

2. Why do you charge for samples?

Since the inception of this collection, our goal to provide floor art at this best combined with the finest quality, for this reason we have made samples in a respectively very large size of 5ftx7ft. This size allows our clients to enjoy and test drive a carpet in a wonderful fashion. For this reason we charge 100% refundable $875.

3. How do I return a sample?

We loan our clients samples to get the feel of the carpet’s texture and color. Samples can be borrowed for 2 business day. In case you need a sample for a longer period of time, please contact us. We have created these 5’x7’ (approx) sized samples your convince and satisfaction of our clients. Please test drive these samples with care. We will also request a return shipping service for you.

4. Is there sales tax?

There is no sales tax for all shipped items other than in state of California. We are required to collect sales tax on items shipped within California. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order in agreement with local tax laws, currently at 9.75%.

5. What are shipping charges?

On all ordered rugs, (except samples) ground shipping to you is Free within US; please contact us for rates to Alaska, Hawaii and other countries. We also offer overnight and express delivery; please contact us to get more information. We do not ship to P.O box addresses.

6. What are shipping charges for samples?

There is $80 flat charge on sample shipment. We will refund you $80, if you order any standard size rug from this collection.

7. When will I receive my refund on samples?

Refunds are generally issued the same day the item is received by us. Funds are posted to your account according to your banking institution's policy. All returned samples are subject to inspection upon receipt.

8. How will my order be delivered?

We ship our products via UPS or FedEx ground service. All items shipped to a residential or business location will be delivered to your door. We do not ship to P.O box addresses.

9. How to safely wrap the sample for return?

Please open your rug carefully. If the original box is in shippable condition you can use it or replace it with a new once. Please place the sample in the bag. Make sure all open/loose ends of the box are securely sealed with packing tape.

10. How can I cancel or change an order?

If you like to make a change or cancel any order, please contact immediately (within 24 hours). We should be able to cancel or change any unshipped order. An order is not considered changed or canceled until you receive a confirmation email.

11.How long will it take to receive my order?

The rug should arrive within 7 to 10 business days after the lead time of each rug. Samples usually take 7-14 days. If for some reason, your order is delayed, we will be in touch with you during the whole process.

Please note: Each size from colore has a different lead time ranging from 2-8 weeks. You can check the lead time under product description.

12. What is the Return Policy on ordered rugs?

Due to the nature of product each size is customized to meet desired size. We suggest our clients to order a sample before ordering your desired size. In case of a return is requested on an ordered size please contact us within 2 weeks of the rug delivered, there is 35% restocking fee, and customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
