    • Care and Maintenance:

    Fine handmade rugs are often cherished for a life time and even handed down through generations as family heirlooms. To ensure this remains a possibility, it is necessary to care for your rug properly. Your new rug will last longer and look better if a routine of regular vacuuming is followed. For routine cleaning we recommend the use of a suction type vacuum cleaner, using a rotating brush cleaner can damage the pile of your rug. In case of a spill, blot up spill with a clean white cloth or paper towel. Never rub, as this can spread the stain. Once the stain is controlled, work from the outer edge to the centre using water or mild soap. For visible stains we recommend to use a professional rug cleaning company.
